Sign up and pay for the 21-Day Jumpstart Challenge through Resolution CrossFit (front desk or our main sign-up link). This app access is included for challenge participants.

Activate your app account here

Use the button above to create your challenge app login. You’ll add your basic info and set up your profile so we can guide your training, mobility, and nutrition for the 21 days.

Step 3
Onboarding week: Jan 5–11

Log in, look around, and get familiar with the layout. We’ll be in touch with you, answer questions, and make sure your calories and macros are ready to go. Logging will unlock on January 12.

Step 4
Challenge mode: Jan 12–Feb 1

For 21 days you’ll train, track, and stay accountable—logging workouts, mobility, and nutrition to earn points and build momentum with the Resolution CrossFit community.

Quick answers about the app access
A few details so you know exactly what to expect before you create your login.
  • Do I pay for the app here?
    No. Payment for the 21-Day Jumpstart Challenge happens through Resolution CrossFit only. This page is just for setting up your app account if you’ve already registered for the challenge.
  • Who should activate access?
    Anyone who has signed up for the 2026 New Year Jumpstart Challenge at Resolution CrossFit. If you haven’t registered yet, please do that first—we’ll be checking sign-ups against our challenge roster.
  • What happens if I activate but haven’t paid?
    If you create an app account but haven’t actually registered for the challenge, we’ll reach out to you directly. App access is reserved for paid challenge participants, so you’ll need to complete your registration to keep using it.
  • When can I start logging workouts & nutrition?
    You’ll be able to log in and look around during Jan 5–11, but logging is disabled until January 12 when the challenge officially starts. From Jan 12–Feb 1 you’ll track workouts, mobility, and calories to earn points.

Is this the full OnTrac Coaching App?
No. For this challenge you’ll use a focused “challenge mode” version of the app that includes a simple dashboard, mini training tab, nutrition logging, and a leaderboard—built specifically for the 21-Day Jumpstart Challenge and Resolution CrossFit members.
